Kathy has 35 years of personal lines Insurance experience. Kathy has built her personal life and career in treating people with respect and honesty.

Kathy is a family woman with a devotion to God, her husband Jay and her daughter, son in law and 2 granddaughters.

In her free time, she enjoys attending anything that her grandchildren participate in.

Hayden has been an agent with Houston & Associates since the companys inception in 2007, while then operating as Heritage Benefit Group and has remained with the agency through its multiple acqusitions and successful growth becoming the agency it is today. With his over 12 years of experience and holding licenses in property, casualty, life and health; Hayden is versed in multiple lines of insurance with his specialization being in commercial lines.

In addition to his professional carreer, Hayden attends Nashville United Methodist Church and is an active community leader serving as the current Chairman of Berrien County Chamber of Commerce, a member and immediate Past-President of the Nashville-Berrien Rotary Club, and a 2017 graduate of Locate South GeorgiaLEADS leadership program. He is an avid golfer, enjoys live music, and traveling.

Kayla Warren has 10 plus years of customer service experience with 5 being in insurance. She specializes in commercial agribusiness insuring risk from cotton ginning to row crop farming. Kayla is passionate about the needs of her clients. She holds a CISR designation showing her commitment to gain important knowledge of the business.

Kayla and her husband Sam have 2 daughters, Anna Chason and Mary Kathryn Warren. She enjoys watching her girls win gold on the softball field. Their family are all members of Flat Creek Baptist Church of Nashville, Ga.

Tyler began working with Houston and Associates insurance in 2014. While learning the business, he also attended college and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University in 2017. Tyler has an eagerness to go above and beyond for his customers. He specializes in commercial insurance ranging from general liability to worker’s compensation.

When not at the office, Tyler enjoys being in the South Georgia woods hunting anything from turkey to deer.

Alison was raised in Nashville, GA. She graduated from Berrien High School in 2008. Alison began working at Houston & Associates Insurance in 2016. She is a licensed agent and specializes in commercial lines insurance. She is dedicated to creating a lasting relationship with our clients.

Alison is married to husband, David and they have one daughter, Bella and a great dane, Steele. Alison is an active member of Flat Creek Baptist Church. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and being adventurous.

Whitney grew up in Lenox, Ga and graduated from Cook High. She started her insurance experience in Adel, at McDaniel. She has over fifteen years of experience in customer service, and has worked for Houston & Associates since July of 2016. She specializes in Home, Auto, Recreational Vehicles, as well as Personal Hobby Farms. She has a CISR designation and provides excellent customer service. Whitney married her husband Billy in 2010. She attends church at Lenox Christian Fellowship, where she enjoys teaching a Wednesday night children’s class. She enjoys spending time with her family, making jewelry, and traveling.

Denise is a Berrien County native that join our staff in September 2017. She had 19 years experience in the grocery industry before making a career change. She is our newest Personal Lines agent and is ready to help you with all of your home and auto insurance needs!

Denise is married to Steven Skinner and they have one daughter, Sara Grace, who is the apple of their eyes. They also have two fur babies that keep them busy, Lucy and Charlie. In her spare time Denise likes to spend time with her family, make jewelry and read.

With Donna’s over 30 years of experience in the Insurance industry has helped her be able to pass on my knowledge and experience to her customers. She hope’s to be able to give each customer help with all of their insurance needs. She likes to be able to give the client the best insurance coverages with competetive rates.

Away from work, Donna enjoys watching Georgia football and spending time with her grandchildren.

I have been in the field of insurance for 30 plus years as an agent, specializing in personal lines. My focus is to successfully provide our clients in finding the best pricing and most comprehensive coverages available for them, while servicing their insurance needs to the best of my ability. I love spending time with my children and grandchildren. I am the Sunday School secretary at my church as well preparing a monthly calendar for the church.
